Crocus, photographer

Graduated from the National High School Louis Lumière option Photography, Silver and Digital Image Processing (promotion 2002), I am currently a programmer analyst Java/J2EE.

This site illustrates a number of images designed to depict writers taken for French publishers such as Fayard, Actes Sud, Stock, le Seuil, JC Lattès, Calmann Lévy, Flammarion, Gallimard or Michel Lafon.

Corporate reports for Alstom in Northern America: Washington, Rochester, Chicago and Hornell (pictures of Alstom’s subway trains) or for “Objects By” (the only one shop in Paris dedicated to Philippe Starck) are presented with travel’s pictures in Morocco, in Malaysia, in Vietnam from North to South or Canada.

Some topics are also present on this site such as Gay and Lesbian Pride in Paris, procession against war in Iraq in Paris in 2003, February 15th, or “One August 15th in Paris”.

Finally, one of subjects which touches me is the portrait. This kind of photography is more intimate and personal because it does not reveal only the person photographed but also the photographer through his eyes on the model.

The pictures shown on this website are a testimony of my life through people meetings, travels or simply moments I shared with people who wandered into my subjective observing eye.
